    The OP (No.) said that it was taken from an ident from the GTRS (a Gambian television station). However, the exact one is unknown.

    Bruh, the 2009 PBS "logo" shown here obviously is fake (this is a joke logo history). But yes; most likely the MIDI piece was created by the YouTuber or smth else and specifically used for this part of the video.

    this song was POSSIBLY made in the late 90's to early 2000's.
