  Also, the person making it was very inexpienced, likely a beginner, making it for the first time. Its probably from early 90's, since in mid 90s Amiga's became obsolete. The person also didnt know how to operate the program corectly and make more samples. It was likely made with ProTracker or Ultimate NoiseTracker in 1991-1993. So unfindable :(

  Im 99% sure that this was somebody's .mod recorded onto a casette. Probably recorded from Amiga 500
  
  If you are new to this, basically somebody used a Tracker (music making program in the 90s), to make this, and used default samples. Probably unreleased. You might try to ask people over at modarchive
