"For over 10 years i've been trying to find this song. I was young, and first heard it on a Pandora station and I can only remember this baseline in the sample provided and these lyrics "you'll always love me" . Quite frankly, its been so long these might not be the accurate lyrics words for word, but I know it went something like that (these words would be said near the end of the baseline, you might be able to tell where but its hard to explain without actually singing it). Whenever I search google it always leads to that Whitney Houston song "I will always love you" which is totally not it. The cover art also had a blue background with 2 girls in a drawn almost watercolor way (This could also be a false memory but I swear this was it). Can someone Help??"

"Thanks for help! This is the website that I downloaded the song but It has changed a lot since then. You can't find the song or the player preview. Now there's just a text about Billy (the player), not even a single HTML code.
https://www.sheepfriends.com/index.html
And this is the website I found the only way of contact, an email.
https://www.sheepproductions.com/what's the website? It is a long story but shortly I downloaded it from a website which had open source html codes of a music player to add your website. This song was shuffling when you open the site. It didn't have a proper name when I downloaded it. Just 'sammy' and '12'. I couldn't find anything similar when I searched It in Google, obviously.
After uploading here, I remembered the websites name and found an email to reach the person who added this song to the player. I sent the mail and am waiting for a response now. Not sure If I'd have a response though, they might not be active.where did you get this??? -
