"I know I have done you wrong" or "I know I haven't done you wrong" is much more likely, in my opinion. I looked through dozens of "Done you wrong" titles right after you posted the request, because the song is awesome, but nothing.
It sounds like the late 1970s / early 1980s to me; of course it's ungrateful to guess.
