"Hello! I've been looking for this song for years, but no luck so far. The only information I can provide is that it was used in Japan (probably between 1989 and 1991) for a Nissin Cup Noodle Commercial (Arnold Schwarzenegger). I even tried to contact Nissin, but they told me that they do not have any archive left. I hope someone will be able to help me out."
