"Full HD version of soundtrack broadcasted in the background of the daily broadcast schedule around 6:00 MSK as part of NTV's graphic design between 2003 and 2005. Most likely an original composition, though I would still like to know the author, and what even is the source of this file. Nonetheless, you can never know for sure with NTV. Around the same time, they used stock music for the background audio of weather forecasts, voiced or not.

Proof of usage, rare unvoiced sample (usually there's a man voicing it over). Note that the quality of literally every public version of this soundtrack online is usually poor or voiced over.

The point of this submission is to find the origin of who composed this song, what's its name, and preferably where the sound file came from.
