    in the comments under my video they suggested that such a sound intro couldve been written by the anchor of the Galileo tv show in which this song was played, Alexander Pushnoy. During his work on the STS channel, he recorded short songs for entertainment shows, and after leaving television he is still involved in music. I don’t think that after 20 years you can definitely find the author of the song without contacting Alexander or the STS TV channel

    this song was written for a program on russian tv in 2004 and was never released. what ive attached is the full version of it so what's the problem if i found the sample the person was looking for?
