Guys, I have just solved the song request!
It seems like these files are actually MIDI files created by Warren S. Trachtman.
How I have discovered it: It seems like the files from OpenTTD had files including all of the songs in the .gm file. Apparently, if I rename that to .mid it made it possible to play all of these files. In the file maple_leaf_rag.mid, it had a "lyrics" thing which contains: "Maple Leaf Rag ; by Scott Joplin (1899) ; sequenced by W.S.Trachtman ; revised 11
95", with that in mind, I have searched W.S. Trachtman, on which resulted finding an archive.org website that said: Warren S. Trachtman Piano soundfont. They had described the original website (which is https://wstco.com/). WayBack Machine resulted for me finding https://web.archive.org/web/20000519223018/http://www.trachtman.org/ragtime/index.htm <--- which is full of Rag MIDI files. And in one of them, that included all of the Scott Joplin files that were in OpenTTD and The Entertainer included in Roblox.
It concludes that the file is actually a .mid, but using the GM.DLS (Windows' default soundfont). With that in mind, I can confirm that the soundfont probably has a lower Hz size than the original (it uses SC-55 sounds)
I hope everyone who got through this website will find the original file aswell (despite the fact that the .ZIP file isn't archived, you'll have to download it all manually)
