Little update: I found a studio version of Rom (real name is Robert Dubois)
Here is the link: https://soundcloud.com/m-nestrels-millenium/blues-mama-robert-dubois
Still im confused because in one page he appears as Magro or Mala, i dont know exactly who of that two they are refering as Rom.
Here link: https://balval.pagesperso-orange.fr/Lick/Sinti.htm
Also Robert Dubois (Rom) did a album with Zingaria, this group was formed by Magro on guitar, Mala on bass, Yogan Dubois on violin and of course Lick Dubois for vocals without forgetting the two dancers Stella and Perle.
Here is the link to that album released in 1999: https://balval.pagesperso-orange.fr/Lick/OSinto.htm

Here is Sonakaï MySpace https://web.archive.org/web/20081016023645/http://www.myspace.com/sonakaimusic
There is a little information about him, his name, his date of birth and the place where he lived in 2008. He was the one who uploaded the videos to the Blogspot and the YouTube channel, ROM only sent the videos to him, as well as others artists sent him videos like Yogan and Cienu (Yogan is the son of Lick Dubois).

Update: I found the page of the "community" that Rom (the man playing the song video) was in. Here is the link: http://sonakai.blogspot.com/
The community was called Sinti Spirit and they were active between march - april 2009.
The Sinti (also Sinta or Sinte; masc. sing. Sinto; fem. sing. Sintesa) are a subgroup of Romani people. They are found mostly in Germany, France and Italy and Central Europe, numbering some 200,000 people.
Its worth a try contacting Sinti people who lives in France, more specifically where Rom and the Sinti Spirit community lived.
Here is some info of Rom that was in the page:
Rom was born in Cannes on June 9, 1962. Passionate about music, he has been composing his songs since the age of fifteen. He sings along with his guitar, and addresses the audience as if it were a group of friends sitting with him around a campfire.
By its dual origin of Sinto and Roma, it invites you on a journey of different colors, tinged alternately with the Sinto of the Gypsies of Italy and the Romanes of the Gypsies of Hungary.
I cant find anywhere his real name but here is some of his songs that were in the page, they were submitted to his youtube channel (zingaria06):
ROM - SOY (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TaYSdDcFNjk&ab_channel=zingaria06)
ROM - BAMBA https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p3BytdiJDhg&t=21s&ab_channel=zingaria06
ROM - TU JANES (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h1XcFPU_spE&ab_channel=zingaria06)
ROM - CHAVO (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YWBo2-gbl5I&ab_channel=zingaria06)
I think Metu metu its from him and was recorded before in studio. I dont have proofs but all i've got its that he has been composing his songs since the age of fifteen.
Here is some contact info, I dont know if number works but i already contacted the email.

Lovari Romani people live predominantly throughout Central Europe (Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, and Germany) as well as in Southeastern Europe (Romania, Croatia, and northern Serbia).
That song was covered by Jale in 1993 as "Kolay Kolay" (another turkish singer) and in the credits the music appears as made by "Hugo Martinez", probably a gypsy french singer (which is still not confirmed but I think he's the original singer but we can't confirm because there's not presence of him online)
Here is lyrics of that song: https://imgur.com/a/oTOXIB1

No, I have never heard the other song you gave here. Interesting, very interesting! Where does Lovari Romani come from? Would you have the words deciphered by any chance?

By any chance do you recognize this song too? https://youtu.be/43sBvH1lrb8?si=f_M_6N3xml8wSGPo This song was played in a turkish radio in 1998 and its in the dialect "Lovari Romani", the singer sounds a bit similar and in the chorus it says leylo la too.
