    Hmm, for some reason I can't shake "I'll miss you, and the garden blues" as the lyrics (Maybe verdant blues?). Just from some surface level Googling, there's a song called the royal garden blues which is a very famous/important jazz song, which this might be a reference to? Maybe the song's about a singer having to leave a (jazz) band for some reason or another (some sort of romantic falling apart if I had to guess.)

    "no i havent contacted my cousin :( i'm a little scared to tell her that i was using her old laptop going through her music files. she's currently in her 30s and i know for a fact she isnt into vocaloid anymore so i doubt she'll remember

    This sounds extremely familiar. During that time I was a big vocaloid fan and I was mostly into alternative/gothic vocaloid music so I swear I've heard this before. Have you contacted your cousin?
