"Thanks. Sorry that's all I have. I don't remember its origin. I rediscover this sample between a bunch of very old files in a DVD backup. Probably I was simply learning how to capture audio and this was a left over. The thing is it sounds somewhat familiar to me (or maybe I'm mistaken with a similar song) and I though it wasn't going to be a too obscure one. I tried in www.aha-music.com, and also tried searching the lyrics but my english is not good enough for that, I only understand something like: "everyone knows that, you can't [...] tell me the truth"Longer sample could be helpful.

"Her solos, specifically these two: "Love Makin' Love To You" and "My Body Keeps Changing My Mind" You will hear it.Actually -- since this is a remix, it may be a remix of a Karen Carpenter song!Whoever it is, seems like Karen Carpenter influenced them with so of the words such as "heart" or "tonight"Irma records responded to me a little over 1 hour and a half ago, saying that the song is not part of their record label and subsidiariesNew note: Irma and Calypso Records are two identical companies, Calypso is a subdivision of Irma, I ended up sending a message to your email and Instagram to try something.Dude, so I've been looking for music this week and if we follow that the music is from Italy with the Italian house genre, I ended up noticing some very famous record labels in this genre, I want to give Take a look, or try to get in touch, the most famous record companies that I ended up seeing are: Calypso Records, dance floor corporation (dfm), underground music moviment (umm), irma and x energy recordsguys, i dont think the song is in vinyl. as i said before, i think it is rather in a CD. -

I was able to listen to "The Electronic Orchestra" by Mychael Danna, it's totally not this song, it's classical music played on synthesizers instead of symphonic orchestra, no 80s italo-disco arrangement.

I seem to recognize lyrics in French: "Ne le quitte jamais" or "Ne me quitte jamais" / ("Tout va bien") - not sure about this

While browsing Discogs I found this by Canadian composer Mychael Danna. https://www.discogs.com/master/1303550-Mychael-Danna-The-Electronic-Orchestra Since the mp3 file is called c-koi-01.mp3, that would indicate, possibly, that it has something to do with CKOI. Sure enough, if you remove the dash from the filename (Ckoi-01.mp3 instead of c-koi-01.mp3), and look up ckoi on Google, you find it's a radio station in Quebec playing a Chr/Top 40 format, or at least it is currently. Since CKOI is a Canadian radio station, and since the op is posting in French, that would make sense, especially when you consider the fact the vinyl was released in Canada, and the fact the composer is Canadian. It must've been played on CKOI then, or at least ripped from it. However, the viny was released in 1980 (the master release plus both versions of the vinyl, the one released in USA and Canada and the one released in Canada) (https://www.discogs.com/master/1303550-Mychael-Danna-The-Electronic-Orchestra https://www.discogs.com/release/655070-Mychael-Danna-The-Electronic-Orchestra and https://www.discogs.com/release/10970954-Mychael-Danna-A-Synthesized-Interpretation-Of-Classic-Pieces), that wouldn't quite fit since you're saying it must've been recorded in about 87/88. I'll keep looking though for you.

One of my older brothers often listened to this tune, for a few weeks, when I was a little kid. I had recorded it with my toy tape recorder. I don't remember if it was a cassette or the radio he was listening to, but for I heard this tune often for a few weeks only then never again I guess it must have been a short lived hit on the radio. I was about four so it must have been 1987 or 1988.
