Europe is producing some hard underground rappers and since those guys were from spain... idk too but that sound kind hard tho, i will be watching this one for sure"

Unless 2pac also went by al-houda, the song is falsely credited to them and my proposal was wrong. The song actually WAS posted to modarchive as 2pac_-_popcorn.xm, but because of the filename it doesn't pop up with a simple "popcorn" search: https://modarchive.org/index.php?request=view_by_moduleid&query=157320
For whatever reason the file is 1685 bytes bigger than the al-houda version. I'll put the sizes and md5 hashes of both below:
"2pac_-_popcorn.xm": 19000 bytes, md5sum=aec166dbf402b97b14d3331cf4afd981
"al-houda_poporn.xm": 17315 bytes, md5sum=e309088f51cd9f184927b6ceaba8bdcb

A soundcloud post of it (https://soundcloud.com/scene_music/popcorn-chiptune-remix) has a link to a YouTube video of the song (dead, no archive) and a link to the .xm module (dead, but archived: https://web.archive.org/web/20200106213547/http://www.keygenmusic.net/music/others/Al-Houda-WintoolsNetProfessional8.0.1crk.rar)
It seems like the song comes from or was used in a crack of Wintools Net Professional 8.0.1 since that's often the title given to it. The oldest upload I can find of it is from June 25, 2009: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=myFajnlVnrw

It was later posted to freegames.net on "2014-01-20 19:33:45": https://web.archive.org/web/20140130041636/http://www.freegames.net/play/stickman-death-party.html
To get the raw song I opened the Newgrounds page source and downloaded this swf url: https://uploads.ungrounded.net/632000/632319_stickman-death-party.swf
I opened the .swf with JPEXS flash decompiler and found the .mp3 in sounds>DefineSound (202), exported it and uploaded it here: https://sndup.net/q787/
The song is 29.936s long so this sample isn't cut off. At first glance there's no extra metadata in it pointing to a date before the game's release. I also put the terms "popcorn" and "song" JPEX's search but it found nothing.

It could be that this remix is either exclusive to this flashgame or its so obscure its close to impossible to find

Then i skimmed through each one (listen to the very beginning for ~.5s, click 1-2 positions towards middle of song and listen to that for ~.5s) and i couldn't find this remix (i did also check the .ahx files which is an annoying format to play. i used xmplay with the AHX/HVL plugin).
Also thought it could've been a c64/sid song or keygen song but i checked a few of those on youtube and still couldn't find it. Do you know which flash game this is from? Also post the full sample to vocaroo or sndup since that last part sounds like it might be inspired by Unreal Superhero 3 : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9STiQ8cCIo0&t=4
