the song is "It Is October", but the version used in the video is an instrumental. i tried searching for the instrumental version on Google, Discogs and MusicBrainz with the english and korean name of the song (10월입니다) but couldn't find it. Pochonbo Vol. 59, 99, 139 all have the song but with vocals by Jon Hye Yong. it's possible there's no official instrumental and Britannica just used ai to create one, but that would create audio artifacts and i can't hear any.

a similar song i found so far is a north korean patriotic song called "Footsteps" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qyWVOrgdokA&t=32s
