what we know so far:

-song was recorded on cassette from a radio station in the early 2000's
-song is possibly in PAL format
-song is about loving someone
-singer might be a girl ( might, because of the PAL thing.)
-full sample that we have is 1 minutes.

my own thoughts on the radio station topic:

i think the radio station might be a indie one. if this music was on a normal station, everyone would know the song by now.
