  I managed to filter the music, the lyrics are now much sharper to understand, I posted a link on volcaroo, I think it will help a lot, I tried to find the music through playlists but so far without success, I think it's correct and try to search for the excerpts of the lyrics, the music quality improved a lot, as I'm Brazilian I can't understand the lyrics, because I use the google translator to be able to use the site, I'll leave the volcaroo link, with the music, the audio quality improved a lot, I removed the noises, I raised a little the treble of the music, thus getting better to understand the excerpts, if you can listen for a while and post the excerpts that you understand

  I understand, the singer's voice looks a lot like sebastian bach, skid row, but I don't think it's him, because sebastian bach's first skid row album came in 1989, I'm sharing the link in facebook groups to try get some result, thanks for the answer, I'll keep promoting it, I think another great possibility to find the name of this song, would be in 80's hard rock playlists on youtube, let's combine that whoever finds the name first lets the other know. :)

  This is a copy from a cassette tape that a friend compiled from around 1988. Even he doesn't know what it is, or where he got it from. It has been copied many times since, until I digitised it, which explains its bad quality, and why apps like Soundhound, Shazam doesn't work.
  
  I can't remember what else was on the tape but it would have had Danzig's ("Mother"), Masters of Reality's ("Blue Garden" and/or "Domino"). If it had Metallica I think it would have been from "Ride the Lightning" album.
