The first goal is not to prove someone right or wrong, but to find together what someone is looking for.
I've downloaded and looked through the documents (catalogues of copyright records) but haven't been able to find anything.
Strangely not one entry e.g. about Bridgewater Film, or about (The) Titicut Follies.
If that was a joke, it was a good one. At least for me it would have been easier if the nice lady had given the exact page number of the document. Instead of being overwhelmed with tons of data and numbers.
A person named Elizabeth A. Carbonara only exists in mysterious records. Unless I'm convinced otherwise. (If you search for that name, you'll only get recipes for spaghetti.)

The song being performed at the very end of "Titicut Follies" is titled "So Long For Now!", words and music by Elizabeth A. Carbonara, registered for copyright in 1967. I have attached a screenshot of its entry in the "Catalog of Copyright Entries: Third Series. Volume 21, Part 5, Number 2, Section 1: Music, Current & Renewal Registrations, July-December 1967". (This volume can be found online in places like the Internet Archive .)
The entry reads:
SO LONG FOR NOW! (The Titicut follies finale), w & m Elizabeth A. Carbonara. 1 p. (c) Elizabeth A. Carbonara; 28Nov67; EU26373
There is a complete transcript of "Titicut Follies" available online, in a chapter of the book "Five Films By Frederick Wiseman". The publisher's webpage for the book has a link to a "preview" of the book, which is the chapter about Titicut Follies, comprised of a complete transcript and description of the film.
In the chapter (direct link here), it transcribes some lyrics from the song on the second to last page, which you can hear in both of the links you provided. I have also attached a screenshot of this portion of the transcript.
I hope this information is useful to you.
Best regards,
Dorinda Hartmann

(Only at the beginning of the movie a Gershwin song was sung - "Strike up the Band".)
For your song in the sample a "barbershop harmony" has been suggested. (But it's not a Mills Brothers song. Only one other song by them — "Chinatown, my Chinatown," first released on records in 1932 — was sung in the film by a different inmate.)
In the libraries of the Barbershop Harmony Society you will find an old sheet music (with notes and lyrics) for the song "I want to go to Chicago Town", arranged by the Advanced A...g... Class 1988 - Origin: unknown.
