  What should happen in cases like this where the artist is contentious is, the proposal which should be accepted should be the one made using the info that was put out at the time of the record's release, and not the info they found out later on, even if that proposal was made by a thief. For instance, he should've accepted Celeste rather than Celeste Johnson, because the LP I believe was credited to "Celeste" at the time of its release, and not "Celeste Johnson". Just my opinion.

  He stole the proposal from you to clean it up, he probably didn't like it because you suggested "Celeste" and he wanted a last name too. 
  
  @MrZSAC, you should have said that, man, Kurty would add another suggestion. That's what we do here, all the time. It's not a problem, but the fact that you turned out to be so ungrateful and you have your own cleaning profile is a big problem.
  
  Also, you thanked yourself for finding the song. 🙄 I can't say that I haven't seen such thank-you notes before on this site, but for the first time I see a requestor stealing a song from someone who found the song - for him. 😠

  Here I mostly blame the requester, he should have seen who proposed it first. Please take care of this in the future, @MrZSAC. As far as I remember, Kurty had some votes here, it was supposed to be a sign to you whose answer you should confirm. If you see 2 answers and the one proposed 8 days ago has 3 votes, while the other answer is without votes and was proposed one day ago - I think it is clear whose answer you need to accept. 
  
  Anyway, there should be penalties for such behavior and theft of other people's proposals. This isn't Dua Lipa from the software, for God's sake, so let's pretend it's not a big deal. It is a big deal! But mods don't consider it a problem, so usually they don't warn users like GSADA. They even deleted my comments when I warned some thieves.
  
  The bottom line: It is the theft of intellectual property - our WZS findings are the product of our hard work, knowledge, skills and personal, original ideas.
