  i have a longer sample but we aren't supposed to post the same song twice. what the young guy is saying is 'she is my lady'. he forces the words to fit in and drawls the l-a-a-a-dy part out so it will fit. the words 'next time' begins the chorus. its quite simple really. if you know who 'georgio' is, the male singer has a soft voice somewhat. 'georgio' did a song called 'bedrock' from the 1980's and it sounds so much like him in both songs but i guess it isn't him. there is a part also where he sings " and sit down at my favorite dine (once again he makes the word diner fit by not singing the 'er' on the end of the word), then i'll go out to my favorite club"
  
  other lyrics in the song which are scattered around are "when we go out her eyes....." and "and i tell the girls", "when i have to dance they don't stand a chance" and "maybe next time i'll be all alone". i wish i had more lyrics to share. i have practically the whole song recorded. right there in front of me and can't find a name. lol.

  Definitely 1986-1989. Do you have any longer sample ? Also do you remember what was sung in the chorus ? (Unless the sample you provided IS the chorus part... but then what is the singer saying ? "She is my D"... ? )

  this song came from a network stream on disco factory fm internet radio. they play the 70's and 80's 12" versions of songs only. it is sung in english and the man's voice is similar to georgio. part of the lyrics are:
