  FordFocus's proposal is the exact same speed as it should be but the bass/echo are different. If anyone could figure out what effect is used in the sample I'd seriously appreciate that

  Update: It seems to be the BeastGamer version sped up (around x1.2) but I don't find the effects used to make it like that.
