Their name is Harvey Michael Frye and I've managed to find someone with the same name and of the age where it could be them singing. They also live in Tennessee, which isn't too far away from St. LouisSt. LouisWhereabouts was the thrift store that you bought it from? It could be helpful with determining who the artist is
