"i checked the metadata of this sample and it said that it was recorded on to a cassette in 1996. is that true?

Back in March 2024 I Googled "Валерия, Mr.president,Любэ, Ace of base и многие другие" found VKontakte 2018 post ( https://vk.com/topic-14990442_22668066?offset=1000 ) and two websites with full cassette audio to download - today they doesn't shows up.
