It sounds more like Shovel Knight which uses the VRC6 to sound more like an extension of the 2a03 (the NES's own sound chip) and not like Konami, who used its more unique, less 2a03-like sounds.This is inspired by Konami's later tracks on the NES like in Bayou Billy and Contra Force. It uses the VRC6 expansion chip as you can tell from the sawtooth wave used as bass. I'm very sure it's not by Konami itself because it uses arpeggios which I don't believe Konami ever used themselves.
