"I asked someone who I know from Facebook about this song, and showed him this sample. He said it sounded like it was from 93 to 95 to him but that he wasn't sure exactly. I might ask him about country of release as well. But he did ask why the longer sample is in such bad quality though. But, to me at least, it's Progressive Trance through-and-through, unless what we have is pitched down."
