I think the song might be called "Do You Know?". I have no idea where to look, but I'll keep on searching for it.

Still no idea who the artist of this song is, unfortunately.

So in this archive I found the pages for "Meow Mixx" and "Cake Decorators" and have confirmed the name of the song is "Stumble"... However I'm still not sure what the actual name of the band is. In fact, it looks like this same song was uploaded on 4 different account pages, all with different band names: "Meow Mixx", "Cake Decorators", "Pork Chops", and "Ghosthand Jack". The latter 2 pages have artist website links which just link to each other's mp3.com page... The "Pork Chops" page has the most information out of the 4, with song descriptions and CD names like "bumrush", "Greatest Hits", "Apotropaic", and "Mine All Mine". There's also another song here called "Hag Man" which sounds nothing like "Stumble" (sounds more like Harry Potter music or something). Still not able to find any info online for any of these artist names or songs.
I feel like I'm falling for a 20 year old prank or some sort of primitive ARG. By far the weirdest mp3.com rabbit hole I've fallen down so far.

It is around 10 gigabytes in size though, and it might take forever to download since archive.org's servers are extremely slow, but I am sure that information about the artists is in there.
I also found this Reddit post that can explain how to navigate across the skeleton: https://www.reddit.com/r/lostmedia/comments/wn2fy2/talk_easier_access_to_the_mp3com_archive/
Hopefully this can help in the search.
