  News sites say Nico Santos wrote the music for that episode and the credits in the Mediathek say "Die Filmmusik wurde eigens für den Tatort komponiert"

  Yeah, very likely that it wasn't created as a full song, that the piece that's played in the episode is all that was composed, exactly for that scene.

  On Facebook, he says "Leider sind die exklusiv für den Tatort geschrieben worden. Sobald ich weiß ob sie die rausbringen, sag ich Bescheid". No follow ups, though.
