HUUUUGEEE UPDATE!!! I FOUND THE SONG!!! I hopped on my vpn and searched on some japanese websites and kept digging deeper and deeper until a obscure youtube link popped up, out of curiosity i clicked it because it was a song i hadnt seen pop up before. lo and behold it was the song!!
Here is the link if anyone would graciously submit it for me ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sjTa5ts26eg ) it is not the exact version however, it is the final version. The sample i posted happens to be the "Original/Demo Version" (confirmed by a website that posted the album the song is on https://vk.gy/releases/cross-cradle/50144/enkyoku/ ) which I still cannot find that one posted anywhere. I will just go ahead and post the version I have to youtube aswell for anyone who would like  to enjoy it!
