"Update: Based on the interview it's about song writer Koga Masao. Who they said wrote over 4000 songs and the full version, is just a compilation of songs that he wrotes with it being lots of covers. Based on quality and some of the songs its anywhere from 50s-70s songs. Here is just one of the songs in the list I can recognize.
