  Ghost-shadow(https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCj8oaZXrf4Ao_7juIiHoMGQ) is almost certain its from Germany, he hears German accent in the vocals. He also thinks its from 90s, so maybe that helps narrowing down search abit.

  Absolutely, some songs sound completely like the 80s and 90s and are actually from the 2010s. Unfortunately, this makes the search more difficult, the same happened with "Minimal".

  Too bad, but at least he responded quickly so we can keep looking. It's a really good song. The number of "(I) Wonder" songs is huge, and if the title is something else it will be even harder.
