Already posted these informations on q's channel, but here are some musical infos:
Sounds like a DMX Drum machine (same as in Blue Monday by New Order), as there is a baseline throughout the song, I would guess the song, or at least this snippet is in Gb... This is most likely some sort of bridge or solo part, which happens to get crazier and crazier, leading to a certain creation of tension, which can be released afterwards... I think the full song will most likely sound very good ^^
btw. I don't think it is by Los Microwaves, due to the bassline being quite normal, meaning the song is most likely also a common synth song, and this is only the solo/bridge
