  Or maybe option 5 : the requestor actually ended up finding what the song is truly named and they aren't willing to help much by providing a longer soundclip, this way no other user here gets to find the id haha.... can definitively be true as I've seen a couple requestors acting like that lately.   No one knows old rare songs. There are thousands of 80s new wave bands and songs. We search by titles and sometimes longer sample really helps. Let's suppose you want to buy this album - how can you do that if you don't know what it is?
  
  My suggestion: use vocaroo. It has short time limit. If we don't find a song, link on vocaroo will become unavailable after 100 or 150 days, something like that.
  
  2. option: you can record only parts of the song where you can hear repeating of some words.
  
  3. option is sending of the vocaroo link via WZS Mailbox only to some users, on request, who really search for this kind of music and have success - that's not more than 7-8 people, I can tell you names of the best active members in last 2 years on WZS for this type of music.
  
  4. option is to have a patience and some luck. I found some 80s songs here by pure accident, without title, because I search a lot. Example:
