  The first thing I can tell you is that it's in Italian, and it's a live performance. The song is in a waltz-like time signature, so that should help you to narrow the search down. It also features accordion and violin, which should help you narrow it down even further. Unfortunately, I don't have or know of a title for you, but I love this song too, and also want to know it. Good luck searching. I think it could be from the 40s/50s.
