    "Ok for being an obscure, miniscule track I love it and it's driving me insane. Turns out I can view more audio tracks from that website every day but I've searched 16 pages to no avail. I'm giving up really. My friend listened to it and said that maybe it could be a track from a classic Barbie movie.. I did an amateur edit of the audio from the vlog OP got the sample from with reduced vocals and consistent volume to get a better idea of what the actual track sounds like if that's helpful.

    Really hope that the full track is found but it seems most people are more interested in "Just a Game" and other songs that aren't royalty-free-sounding.

    I tried an hour or so of digging but no luck. Right now I'm leaning into the royalty-free audio library theory. First I see that the vlog where you got the sample is also on BiliBili, but that video isn't on there. I don't think BiliBili has an audio library like YouTube does. Then I went searching for "waltz" music on one Chinese onine audio library. I actually found a track there that sounds pretty similar to your sample, but after 6 pages on that website I'm "locked" from listening to more tracks unless I log into QQ which I don't have.
