"I'm shocked myself ._.True, btw the post just went from 77 listeners to 93 omg
By the way, you're right, perhaps the song could have been on MTV, since the channel itself is musical.I recognise it of MTV Spain or something like that
Here in the mornin long ago they put music videos on Sundays
Idk maybe Im confused
Well, I have a feeling that I heard it on my grandma’s TV, and the song is reminiscent of that same Russian program on Disney when they play different songs in the morning (I’m a resident of Russia)Yeah I recognised a few things but still dont know if its 100% Spanish or if it is Italian or Portuguese, They are three very similar languages, let's hope that the song can be found because I have the feeling that I have heard it as a child. 😃Thank you! Thanks to you, it is now clearer that the language of the song is Spanish! It remains to take a name for what we will call it....Coming Home Good temporary title for nowPosible Lyrics?:
...... de una historia,
....... coming home (coming home)
la lucha tarde o temprano murio (?) Pasa dura
....... (Word ending with ola)
Thats what I can distingish in Spanish

Okay, I always knew the title was something like this, but I wasn't sure what he sings before "Girl", and looking just for "Girl" was out of the question. Today it dawned on me that he sings "Highty tighty" - then I came across Junior Delgado's version. Finally, I had to try a couple of variations on the title, and through "Ity Tity" I reached the solution. 😊

Yes it`s difficult. I heard the music in the context of the BFBS-radio soul charts even friday night`s 1983 or 1984. There was always a special reggae corner.

acting like a dry-land tourist, acting like a tapa tapanaris ( or: Tup for Topper Norris or: topanaris )
I am pretty sure for these words ''dryland tourist'' and ''tapanaris''. Tapanaris is a slang for a member of high society, upper class, elite, used in Jamaica. Topper Norris could be wrong understanding of ''tapanaris'' or not. Bob Marley used both terms in his song:

But I don't know are those words in a title. There are 2 reggae songs Tapanaris:

https://www.discogs.com/Little-Hero-Tapanaris/release/10508863
I checked Echo Bob, it's not that song. Little Hero's song I couldn't find audio and it's not '80s.
