  So... last song from 3:33 to end is definitely 東京ラプソディ by Koga Masao. But is a live performance with the closest sounding person being Mori Masako. Can tell from the quality and clapping and cheering. But this is a duet version. The original singer 藤山一郎 (Ichirō Fujiyama) doesn't sound anything like the singer for this cover. The problem with searching for these covers is a lot of these singers if they weren't THAT popular ended their career's within at least 1-5 years. This is likely not on Youtube. I suspect that the cover that they used is at least before 1960s as modern enka person started. As before WW2 it was traditional enka from Meiji period. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=awyPKIMDaZs link is to the Mori Masako performance.

  So.. after further analysis a lot of these are covers. I'll likely send you track title and some of the covers. Not sure how many of these covers are actually avaliable as some of these songs are from as early as the 1930s-1940s.

  In the following few days I will make a tracklist for this. I was able to further identify around 4 of the songs in the list. Because Koga Masao was so famous I can identify which song it is, but not sure which cover it is.

  Thanks! As for the dates... the program was recorded on a cassette tape - Maxell UDII 60, which was introduced to market in 1985. So the recording could not have been made earlier. Perhaps it was not a live broadcast, but rather a rerun of some old show.

  Update: Based on the interview it's about song writer Koga Masao. Who they said wrote over 4000 songs and the full version, is just a compilation of songs that he wrotes with it being lots of covers. Based on quality and some of the songs its anywhere from 50s-70s songs. Here is just one of the songs in the list I can recognize.
