    The song exists, so it must come from somewhere: i see on the image  of the record above the letters SIAE the number BR 50381. When you go to the wiki pages of Baby Records , https://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Baby_Records, then scroll down until you see the list of the singles ,and you see the this BR number matches in the list.
