    "I tried an hour or so of digging but no luck. Right now I'm leaning into the royalty-free audio library theory. First I see that the vlog where you got the sample is also on BiliBili, but that video isn't on there. I don't think BiliBili has an audio library like YouTube does. Then I went searching for "waltz" music on one Chinese onine audio library. I actually found a track there that sounds pretty similar to your sample, but after 6 pages on that website I'm "locked" from listening to more tracks unless I log into QQ which I don't have.
