I know, I love it too. The label is half torn, and what remains is a loose description with some higlights. XTC, Howard Jones, Teardrop Explodes, Captain Sensible, Ministry, that's it. I'm would be very surprised if this clip is any of them. I guessed it was from 1983 but it could be 84.

I so wish I knew what this was cuz it's just so bizarre and fascinating but I almost feel like this would be impossible to find (at least for me) 😭 Is there any info on I'm guessing the tape (since I can hear tape hiss) you got it off or is it completely blank?
