First I see that the vlog where you got the sample is also on BiliBili, but that video isn't on there. I don't think BiliBili has an audio library like YouTube does. Then I went searching for "waltz" music on one Chinese onine audio library. I actually found a track there that sounds pretty similar to your sample, but after 6 pages on that website I'm "locked" from listening to more tracks unless I log into QQ which I don't have. let me know if you cant download it. let me know what you think of that half second of sound. its either someone taking the needle off the vinyl, or maybe recorded from the radio since the song starts right away, i feel like theres maybe a bit more at the beginning of the song. but who knows.
