"When I look up "Ratboy Not It" I just get clips from The Simpsons, could you be talking about Get Over It?It sound kind of like ratboy (the one that did wading in the balance). I suggest you listen to "Not it", it has striking similarities. That being said, I have no clue as to your exact song.
