The Youtuber is probably Hungarian (apart from his German username). One user asked for the title in English - so far no answer. (Maybe one should ask for it in Hungarian - because there is no other contact info).
Personally, I currently assume that this song has not been released on CD and that it is a neo-classical original (setting of a more recent Hungarian poem). There are talented musicians in Hungary who do not immediately shout every word out into the big wide world. " -
