"I found this remix of Fast Car by tracy chapman in a Garry's mod video from 2009 called "Gmod Movie hoverboard skills and more" on youtube by arsenalarsenal4ever (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rsyDenVchW8). Most of the song is intact, however annoyingly the person recording also had a nightcore of Eminem Lose Yourself playing over it, as well as some gmod sound effects. This is the most complete version of the song I can find. I found only one other copy of the remix floating around, which is in much lower quality and is filmed inside a club for a few seconds, but it's very obviously the same remix. You can see some people dancing and some lights, but the camera is so blurry you can't actually make out any features of anyone there. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e95oXiNsv4c"
