"I would argue it is just in English. My native language is Russian, and Belarussian bands usually sing in Russian to get listeners from ex-USSR rather than Belarus alone. The accent however does sound very slavic, that might be the reason it sounds like gibberish to native English speakers.
I texted my friend from Belarus to make sure, I'll update once I get the answer

my guess is OP had a music disc (ISOM) and used a program to rip the audio from the disc to mp4. If OP still the iso maybe we could get some answers there.
