"Also if not might be good to know the source. Or was it here just like that for no reason?i dont know who that is but ill look it upThis sounds like Jack Stauber to me. Maybe a wannabe or someone who had same idea like him? -
Henrry commented Il y a 4min"I loved 100% Lucha. Did you try to contact Telefe or any producer of the program?
You could also look up the Telefe schedule from that time and see if there was someone in charge of sound or who provided the music. You could use the WayBack Machine on the Telefe page and search for information there. I hope it helps you" -

I don't think the song is entirely in English, as some people stated it "sounds like gibberish", but to me it sounds like a mix of Belarusian and English. If anyone here is familiar with how Jpop & even some French / German songs, they'll sometimes have a random key phrase written in English time to time. English & Russian languages have alot of phonetic similarities, especially when mixed with a punk / alt accent (coming from a phoneticist)
It'd be nice to have someone who speaks Belarusian give this song a listen, and try to transcribe the song instead of assuming it's 100% English or 100% another language. Maybe one of those Youtubers who speaks 901 languages could give it a look lol
