Apparently the Mauro Oliviera guy is an activist/musician who creates these types of songs, heres some behind the scene footage from of "winds" by the same guy, his youtube channel also has a few other songs posted + some activism footage. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FlNK8ytfDK4.
