    "sadly i don't have more info on this than i already supplied, basically, this is a song that was playing in the background of a video uploaded by a robot tied to a clickfarm scheme, the video is a slideshow of photos for a dyson vacuum cleaner, and in the description it has a link to amazon to buy that vacuum from a specific amazon seller, alot of other songs from these clickfarm bots have been identified and most are asian, which makes me think this song is also asian, heres an example of songs featured on these that have been identified, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G9rxozE44lc (has "Beautiful Wind" by Depapepe playing in the background, japanese duo), https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5qnq2eXy9XY (has "The Bold and The Beautiful" by Lily Lee playing in the background, chinese artist), https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0x677y7H278 (has "You Don't Know Me Anymore" by By2 playing in the background, chinese duo), another thing i would like to point out about this track is that it sounds like it got vocals removed from it using a vocal remover, very likely audacity

    MID or. MIDI file extension is the Musical Instrument Digital (MID) Interface file. It is the difference from ordinary audio files such as WAVs or MP3s in that it doesn't carry the actual audio content; hence, is quite smaller in size.
