I spend hours and hours tryin to find it.
This is most difficult shit I have ever research still to no avail.
Only clue I have is some dude on youtube said to me in comment that :
Football series tv show was recorded in random clubs in UK during that time. It means SERIES TV SHOW DOESN NOT HAVE OWN SOUNDTRACK. Music was random throughout episodes when they appear in nightclub or radio or TV environment depending of set

I don't think that's '97-'99. It's sounding like a '00-'04. It's probably was recorded only for the movie. Maybe it'd be easier contact with author or composer

Mate, I spend over 6 weeks and still nothing.

I have listened billion Trance tunes from 2003 to 2005 seems like - either is some rare remix that never seen the light of the day or just much older song from (lets say) 1997 or 99 ...I still try and wont give up cause I love it too.

I have found some Paul Van Dyk live sets he used some ultra rare songs on vinyls , possible this song is the same rare only vinyl edition for DJ's.

Only song that wasnt Brittish is Madonno (but she was marry and lived in England at that time with film director Guy Richie, when she released ''hang up'' stolen from ABBA !!

1 more thing I am quite sure ( 70%) that I heard this tune before, but it was long time ago, I probably have it in my collection , man I have listen over 2000 songs last 2 weeks and still found nothing. And damn Goggle cant find nothing bout this TV Series low budget

Im trying mate, I love it too I am old skool, I dont use APPS like SHAAZAM etc, and modern things , literally almost 30 years of Xp I listen Techno Rave genre since 1988 , problem is modern things cant find RARE SONGS, coz they were never popular and APPS BASE is filled in 97% of times with the songs they were popular

British are too proud to use any other ARTIST in their TV Series especially bout football!now I AM QUITE SURE THAT TRANCE SONG IS FROM 2003-2005 ERA AND ARTIST IS FROM UK . At least to reduce our searching and focus to that area on those few years.

1 of the songs from your series is Chemical Brother Believe considering that song is released in 2005 and other song was by Prodigy GET UP GET OFF released 2003/2004 both UK artist main stream

He have many compilations his infamous PERFECTO ALL STARS COLLECTING MANY DJ'S AND TECHNO BANDS.

but at least we know some clues

First thing come to my mind was :

ATB using similar synth melody but he dont have such a fast BPM and so much Trance elements. Then I tho maybe PvD ...
