"I'm starting the search as well. The song cannot be from earlier than May 2007, and is most likely from 2007 or 2008, as after that the rapper would probably have picked another line than about Sarkozy's salary. It's quite unlikely that the song is from the Marseille rap scene given the accent so I'm focusing the search in the Paris area.
The closest voice match I had so far was Salif. He did use a piano (e.g. enfance gâchée). I am currently listening to his album from 2008-2010."
