"In the youtube description the original poster describes it as a "MIX" so this is just an amalgamation of his other lyrics from other songs chopped up to create this. Not bad tbhI do not think this is a real Tupac Shakur song, this is most likely a passion project and or ai generated created using lyrics from his other works, this song is not mentioned anywhere on his discography that i've looked.
