"Wondering how I can mark this song as "found"?? I checked it out, and user @willman85 was right in his answer. Here is a link to it on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NgUxMlCiuec -

SeaHolly commented 7min ago"Thank you kindly! So, you're absolutely right, it turns out (according to Paramount, which owns the rights to that movie), that the singer is indeed Marie Bottrell, but that they don't have the title of the song available. The only 2 Marie Bottrell songs ever actually credited in the film were "The Star" and "The Last Valentine", neither of which are the one she's singing in this clip. The IMDb titles are indeed incorrect; some random IMDb user pasted them there and they also incorrectly title some songs by Paul Zaza as well (this can be varified by checking a vinyl soundtrack album officically released that has the score for "My Bloody Valentine" on it). I really wish IMDb would take the false info down, but not my monkeys, not my circus... in the meantime, thank you SO much for at least finding the name of the artist who sang the song! This is much appreciated. I don't know how to contact Marie Bottrell or the company that owns the rights to her music, but I hope to find out what the title of the song is, and your help has gotten me one step further.
"nevermind, seems like the imdb info is incorrect as bottrell doesn't have any songs by that name but the singer still sounds like herseems like this is the movie https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/My_Bloody_Valentine_(film)
might be "can't believe i lost you" by marie bottrell https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0082782/soundtrack/what movie is it? that might help narrow things downThere isn't one. This is just recorded out of an old movie (and the movie doesn't credit the song). -
