Estragon commented 4min ago"Have you found it? I have a few more guesses, but if you haven't found it and have some more info, please post
"No, I understand why you did the link between the beginning of my recording and the middle of the song, but it isn't the right one. I'll try to find the name of the instrument that made the first second of my recording once I'll be homeMaybe Charles Gounod: Funeral March For a Marionette? https://youtu.be/0pOXhAF7L0I?feature=sharedNo it isn't. And don't worry for the guesses 👍Prokofiev "Dance of The Knights", maybe? https://youtu.be/bBsKplb2E6Q?feature=shared
Sorry for the wild guessesI'm sorry but I'm unable to produce a better sound. However, I'm certain about the five or six first seconds, even if I think the rythm could be a bit slowerCan you update your sample if you feel it's slightly off? Happy to look further into it!Yeah damn... I mixed the 3 last seconds and some parts with the Hungarian march. (the "Tim dum, ta la tata" at the end and the "tum digudum")
And the for teh Egyptian march, it sounds extremely similar and close to what I'm searching for, but it isn't the right song
Another guess is Berlioz — Hungarian March From the Damnation of Faust. (https://youtu.be/7okulqWTP2Q?feature=shared)
And there's always Johann Strauss II's Egyptian March, but I guess you would have checked that one (https://youtu.be/XbvwNAQ8u4o?feature=shared) -
pgt1245 commented 6min ago"Thanks for listening and suggestion but that is not it either..
"Probably too well known, but Cat Stevens "Father and Son"? https://youtu.be/ZxjTC0bmKls?si=uYNTvjPy2Lwc9XFT
And it's the same tempo you played in the sample, right?thanks for listening and suggestion but that is not it. I think it might be more folky.. acoustic guitar chords and ? male vocals but i'm not realy sure. maybe late 60's early 70'sMaybe INXS - Beautiful Girl (though that's more of a Rock band)? https://youtu.be/TLmQ2vxMbn0?si=2TKNS4j8gvFTAqrN
Anything else you can remember? How long ago? Instruments? Male/female vocalist?... -
AMZN67 commented 6min ago"Sound like a heavy metal song, but the low quailty makes it sound kinda fishy."
